We came to John to build our home in Carine 14 years ago and we were very impressed both with the workmanship in the finished product and with John's honest and open approach throughout the process.

Hollywood Builders built three units for us in Highgate two years ago. This was a family project, and we needed someone who we could trust and who could also deliver us high quality well-built units. Eighteen years ago after researching a number of builders we chose John Hollywood to build our family home. We were delighted with the results and offered to advertise the home (as attached).

Our home facing the ocean was built with quality fittings throughout and included less visible attributes such as blasted and galvanised external metals. Long before it was fashionable, climate control was factored in with eves to allow winter sun and cross flow ventilation to enhance the local weather conditions. Each facet of the house construction utilised top quality tradesmen. An example is the external repainting of the house undertaken only recently because of the quality and life of the original paint job.

Most importantly we were happy in all our dealings with John and Kerry during construction and went on to become very good friends. We have the highest respect for them as people of integrity who helped us in friendly consultation and built our home in a timely manner and to budget.

Today, we sincerley stand by the thoughts and confidence in the satisfaction we had on completion of our house and would resolutely recommend Hollywood Builders to others.
